What information will I need?

• Always ensure that you have a record of cheque serial numbers for cheques you have issued
• The more payments you make on Internet Banking the fewer cheques are likely to go astray and need stopping
• Payments made via Internet Banking cannot be stopped and are deemed paid at the time your account is debited
